APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
The format for military addresses is as follows:
● City: Enter APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Depot Post Office).
● State/Region: Enter the two-letter code “AE” for shipments going to Europe, Middle East, and Africa, “AP” for the Pacific zone, and “AA” for the Americas.
● Zip code: Enter the 5-digit zip code.
● Country: Should always be United States
What are your Exchange and Return Policies?
Zinc Beauty accepts returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on cosmetics.
Gift Cards may not be returned for cash. Items purchased with a gift card will only be exchanged.
If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error, contact us. We will ship the correct item immediately as well as dispatch Fedex to pick up the incorrect item to be returned to us. In this case, please package the incorrect item in the original shipping box to ensure its safety.
If you ordered the wrong product, contact us. You are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. To do so, you must return this item at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship the exchanged item. Shipping charges may apply when we ship the exchanged item.
If you had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us. We will accept the product back within 30 days of original purchase as long as 90% of the product is unused. A 25% processing fee applies.
When shipping returns/exchanges back to Zinc Beauty, please ship them in the box they were originally sent to you in, or a similar box.
Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges.
